Efix Platform

The Efix system is a web-based computer program made up of 19 different modules, distributed by three sets of cyclical processes: performance and competency management, learning management and knowledge and intellectual capital management.

  Efix | Performance Suite is a solution package that allows your organization to establish individual and management performance review processes, aligning daily individual and group activities with corporate objectives and goals. It achieves that by providing tools to assess each collaborator both quantitatively and qualitatively, optimizing individual and, as a result, corporate performances, in addition to also guiding the training and strategic development of individuals as well as groups.
 
  Efix | Mapping is a tool that enables the creation of a personalized and effective competency model for your organization through the investigation and analysis of the knowledge, skills and attitude of high-performing individuals in the company. Based on the analysis results, this module will suggest the key competencies to be assessed and the corresponding assessment form.   Efix | Competency is a web-based tool that enables your organization to implement 180 and 360-degree top-down competency assessment projects and relate assessment results to training and development actions, with a view to eliminating competency gaps. It is also a decision making tool that enables the creation of succession, reallocation, reward and career plans.
       
  Efix | Goals is a tool for establishing processes to define, monitor and review individual and group goals & objectives, allowing them to be aligned more easily with corporate and strategic goals & objectives.
 
 
  Efix | Survey Suite is a solution package to assess organizational climate and implement action plans to improve it. Organizational climate is the collective perception employees have of the organization and optimizing it helps to address critical aspects, such as motivation, turnover, organizational performance and change processes.
 
  Efix | Survey is a tool for the creation and application of climate surveys geared towards identifying and interpreting your company’s organizational climate. Surveys are based on business objectives and their purpose is to assess the collective perception employees have of the organization, including aspects such as leadership, processes and management.   Efix | Action Plan is a tool for the definition and implementation of action plans geared towards improving the organizational climate, based on climate survey results. It helps to identify aspects to be worked on, on a corporate level (in areas and sectors of the organization), and action plans to be created as a result, in addition to allowing their effectiveness to be monitored.
